Is it even possible to work full-time and get good grades?

I just finished a ten hour shift at work, and I still have a huge paper due tomorrow morning. My brain is totally dead, and I can hardly keep my eyes open. The stress is eating me alive. I was so desperate that I searched for a US assignment service to see if I could get some support locally, but I don't know what to do. How do you guys handle working and studying at the same time? I feel so drained.
