Title: Trading the Spare Bedroom for a Real Office—Is Mainland Calling?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been running my small digital marketing consultancy from my apartment for the past year, but my team is finally growing and I need a professional space. I’m currently looking into a business setup in mainland dubai because I want the flexibility to pitch for government contracts and work with clients anywhere in the UAE without the geographic restrictions of a free zone.
My neighbor, who recently opened a café in Al Quoz, told me the process with the DED has become much faster lately, but I’m still nervous about the paperwork. Does anyone have tips for a smooth business setup in mainland dubai?
Thanks in advance.
